Convenient location Rooms are good and clean. The amenities are also good. However service is rather average. As there is no restaurant, the service comes into play only for breakfast and housekeeping. Breakfast is brought from outside and if you are busy to open the door, then it is left outside the door. And you end up getting lukewarm coffee, sambar and cold idlis/dosas. Most of the time coffee was also not covered though other items were covered. The housekeeping is also average. Many a times I had to ask for towel, shampoo and soap. The sad part was the calls to reception mostly go unanswered. The worst was laundry service. Laundry is not taken everyday and it is returned after 3-4 days. You could get into trouble if you give laundry and on short stay!! I had to purchase one set of clothes as they did not return laundry for 5 days!! When it was returned, I found couple of hankies missing!!

Lotus Suites is tucked away in along with tonnes of little boutique hotels. The staff is super friendly in trying to help out customers. The rooms are more than spacious, clean and well maintained. Though, you should not expect any fancy frills while staying here. Breakfast is served on the terrace which has a decent view.

Locations is good as many places in kormangala are nearby. Rooms size was good. Washrooms were clean and properly maintained. Only drawback of this hotel was of not allowing visitors or guests to rooms. Overall a nice budget place to stay.

The bad experience started right from the time we stepped in to check in - although booked and paid an advanced , the front Desk had no idea and was not expecting us... it took him half an hour to figure out... the room.is not good at all... we were two of us and there was.onky one bed cover and when we asked for one more - the person shamelessly told us that it has gone for laundry and not available and instead gave us an extra towel to use.in place of bed cover. The location is very good which kind of compensates..... I don't think I would recommend to anyone...

I stayed in this suite with my family in January end 2015. Hotel located in a posh and a very peaceful location in the mid of the town. Very clean and spacious comfortable room with all amenities. I don't think they have a in house kitchen the complementary breakfast was served in the room with a limited stuff. The room was decent stay for two adults. Staff was kind and courteous. Key places market square mall, Sony signal, forum mall, BDA complex, and lots of eatouts nearby.
